My business is about helping people to look, feel and BE better. I have decided to focus my energy to assist everyone, but with a focus on seniors, in their quest for fitness and longer, happier life.
|
- I am a person who loves life, nature, and people.
- I love to run, cycle, swim, hike, snorkle, boogie board, ski, and fly.
- I am totally amazed and impressed with the complexity of life. Our bodies are amazing chemical machines capable of wonderful feelings, expressions, and healing.
- I want to learn as much as I can and then share as much as is possible to help others understand how to take care of themselves.
- I try to work with every gym and health club in the Loveland - Fort Collins area to network with other fitness instructors because I want to attract new ideas to make fitness interesting and not frustrating.
- I also do sports and therapeutic massage, but I limit this part of my business to only one session per day.
- I have a son, named Aaron, that I am endlessly proud of. He graduated from Michigan State, with honors, in May, 2001, and Chicago's Second City conservatory program, in 2003.
He has had an active acting and voice-over career and has appeared in several print ads including the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition 2005. He was a docent at the Chicago Art Museum, a contributor to the Chicago botanical gardens, and a free-lance land scape artist. He has decided to follow in his mother's footsteps and become a massage therapist, in the summer of 2007. - Aaron is renting our house, in Loveland, which he has landscaped and remodeled so that it is now really quite beautiful. He has taken over my massage practice, there, as well as operating a landscape and "handy man" business.
